To offer you the best service and ensure fast worldwide deliveries we have chosen UPS and BRT (Shipping in Italy). Shipping rates vary based upon destination.
As required by the rules of the trade, all dafneshop.it shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items in Euro.
For items on sale invoice shows the discounted amounts.

WHEN DO WE DELIVER?

Our online store ships worldwide with UPS or BRT, delivering 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
UPS does not deliver on festive or pre-festive days.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24/48 hours for Italy and 3/4 working days for other country in world.
Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a reference, will starts from the date of dispatch.

FREE SHIPPING

From time to time, we run free shipping promotions. Free shipping promotions will be applied to your order at checkout.
In the event that you need to return an item that you bought during a free shipping promotion, we will not refund the outbound shipping costs (since this was free) and you will be charged a usual shipping cost.

TAXES

As required by the rules of the trade, in UE taxes is 22%.
EXTRA UE the taxes are free.
